Meet Our CEO
Before founding WRG, Henry Dow was a catastrophe property adjuster. For years, he traveled around the country adjusting insurance claims in areas affected by natural disasters.
His experience in the property damage and insurance industry allows WRG to help our customers be more proactive and assertive when managing and documenting an insurance claim involving their property.
“I started working for an insurance company, and naturally in the property insurance industry, we run by a lot of companies that do what WRG does. I just saw a lot of poor ethics, fraud, and bad business coming from these companies so I thought there was an opportunity for someone honest to come into the playing field.”

It helps our clients because if believe there will be an insurance coverage issue, we will stop and take the time to discuss with them and come up with a plan as opposed to just doing the work and then billing the client for something they might not have money for.”

The WRG Story
How We Grew
Henry Dow founded WRG after working in the insurance industry and witnessing firsthand the dishonest conduct of companies in the emergency damage restoration field. From undeliverable promises to scare tactics and over-billing, Henry dealt with these companies and saw a need for a trustworthy and ethical restoration company. Yet, this opportunity did not come quickly and without its share of challenges.
WRG began servicing Miami with few employees under a franchise. It was not easy, as Henry and his team occasionally lost jobs to competitors who made false promises to decision makers and so forth. Yet, while growth in the Miami market moved slowly, the company thrived steadily as the team demonstrated their high service standards to each client.
WRG soon established itself independently and while clients were not yet familiar with the name “WRG,” they knew and trusted Henry and his team. Through word-of-mouth, recommendations, and both hosting and sponsoring social events and volunteer activities for the community, WRG branched out to service all of South Florida and beyond.
Since 2005, we have been dedicated to offering peace of mind during any emergency restoration situation. We continue to do so every day.
With expertise in the fields of residential, commercial, and hospitality institutional markets—we provide property owners with excellent service and fast response time.
