St Louis condominiums on Brickell Key offers residents the privacy of living on Brickell Key while providing the convenience of being minutes from Downtown Miami. Developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architect, St. Louis offers 130 condo residences that were completed in 1995.
The building offers its residents a number of great amenities, including 24-hour security, valet, concierge services, an outdoor pool, and fitness center.
Solution
The scope of work included mold and mildew remediation across 23 floors. To be most efficient, WRG set up two containments per floor. Once all wallpaper was pulled out, roughly 40 sq. ft. of sheetrock per floor was removed. Areas with topical mold were wiped clean.
As a precaution, anti-microbial paint was applied to remediate surfaces and help prevent future growths. Per protocol, HEPA machines were also placed for 72 hours.
