Icon Bay Miami offers one of the most unique communities in the world. It is a private and exclusive luxury condominium located in the heart of Miami off the Edgewater district. The property is very central, just minutes away from Coral Gables, South Beach, and Coconut Grove.

The building offers exceptional waterfront views of the bay and has many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Solution

WRG arrived on-site within 45 minutes to mitigate a water supply line leak. We immediately removed 55 linear ft. of baseboards from the unit that sourced the leak and made 55 ventilation holes in order to place dehumidifiers and blowers. From there, the team evaluated each of the units affected by removing baseboards and placing the necessary equipment required to dry out the affected areas.

WRG also rebuilt all drywall affected by the water loss. By working with the insurance carrier directly, we ensured the building received immediate repairs with no funds needed on behalf of the association or its members.
